Low cost stoves

The Firejet range of 309 MKII and the Firejet 409 are solid cast iron with double plates for the sides and back of the firebox. There is one lever to regulate the primary air and another to regulate the secondary air. Both stoves have a generous size ash tray.

The 390 and 409 are CE approved EN 13 240 with an efficiency over 70% . The 409 boiler model, coal, CO emission of 0.09% -wood CO emission of 0.06%

(*) The data concerning Output (kw) and Autonomy (the time "the fire stays in") is based on the results C.E Certification. Woodburners are tested in a laboratory where the conditions are ideal, e.g : dry wood, perfect draught, insulation etc. In a home the envirement is different. Given the variety of wood (oak, beech, pine etc) where the intrinsic calorific value of each type differs; also altitude chimney height, insulation, users experience - factors that will influence output and Autonomy in varying degrees. Hence it is important to have the advice of a professional.
